Every computer in a Microsoft infrastructure environment is required to be registered in Active Directory. Basically, we query Active Directory for active computer accounts and base our computer license fees based on this number. It works exactly like a per user license fee that you use with other software packages but is instead based on active computer accounts. We have chosen this model to make sure that all help desk agents, support specialists, experts, consultants and other personell will always have access to use ClientIQ. The more users that are using ClientIQ, the better it will be.
